Problem: What's not working?
Although the platform offers many features, users struggle to understand their value and how to use them.

The problem was two-fold, affecting both users and the business. Users didn't know how to start using the platform since they got overwhelmed by a wide range of features. This led them to rely only on basic features, missing out on exploring more advanced features. At the same time, without tiered pricing models, the business couldn't charge customers differently depending on the type of features they used.
