I also spearheaded architectural projects that expanded partnerships and integrated the loyalty program with Neo's full range of financial services and features.

Neo’s loyalty program is limited — it only supports one card per user, creating a barrier to expanding partnerships and increasing product suites.

This rigidity wasn’t an issue when Neo was first founded, as the partnership network was much smaller. However, as the company has expanded, the need to collaborate with more brands and offer branded credit cards—now a strong revenue driver—has become essential.
